One more excuse for Doctors to treat us like a number.

De-humanization is the wave of the future.

I haven't yet seen a Doctor who really cares if I find a cure. My Ear Nose & Throat doctor told me my sinus infection was incurable. I went for a second opinion and heard the same thing plus my ear infection is incurable. I went to gynecologists to hear that my fibroids are incurable + I have to take birth control pills the rest of my life.

If this is the kind of information they are passing to the next Doctor then why should I bother to ask for a second opinion???

It is maddening to me that money will go for this and not to curing me!
