FDA corruption?

The Wall Street Journal reported that the FDA has warned Americans not to buy drugs in Canada because "...it is unsafe". Americans have filled prescriptions written by American physicians for American drugs sold in Canada for as much as 50% less than in the US. So we can draw two possible conclusions: 1. American companies are sending "unsafe" drugs to Canada and the Canadians are too stupid to realize that -- OR -- 2. the FDA is corrupt!! Pick one. Heck, choose em both if you like.
