Intermittent Numbness/Tingling right side of face after sleep?

Every time I go to sleep, regardless of sleep position, even a nap in a chair. When I awake the right side of my face is numb and tingles. Usually goes away after 30 minutes of so, but reoccurs intermittediantely during the day. Neurologist has run ever test known and has no answer.
