Hello All,
I am new to curezone and find it very informative. I have a problem that i need help with. In the recent past i inhaled something toxic in my garage at home up my nose. I do not know what it was but it has left some rather nasty symptoms such as the following.

My head is always very heavy and tight,
My thinking is unclear,
Fragrance smells a lot stronger than usual,
My lips are very tender at times,

My problems seem to be limited to the head area. It appears that whatever i inhaled was chemical and is lodged in the head area, I am very athletic and excercise a lot and can run forever but cannot seem to clear or detox the head area. For instance if i workout in the gym and use the sauna afterwards when i go in the sauna after the workout i can smell a really toxic smell coming down from my nostrils it is almost as if this toxic buildup is thawing out. I have a sauna at home but it does not seem to have an effect on it. I am wondering if some really hot detox baths around the head region could help me as i read once that the brain can be detoxed with heat in baths.
Has anyone any ideas of ingredients i can use in a hot bath and protocols that i can follow?
I recently bought some magnetic clay but i have started on footbaths for the moment as you work your way up to full baths. It is LL magnetic clay and they told me that the clay in the bath can detox the head. Some solutions and ideas woul be greatly appreciated.

Regards,
Green Glory
