I grated some fresh ginger and brewed it for a few minutes and added it to my bath water. I also added a cup of Epsom Salt and a cup of baking soda. I also added some cayenne pepper.
Then I soaked for a long time.
Using a skin brush, I then brushed my skin.
When I got out of the bathtub, I didn't dry off. I just wrapped myself in my favorite bathrobe and got underneath a blanket for an hour.
I sweated a lot, but it was such a good feeling.
Now that I am thinking about it, I want to do another one!!
