Questions about clay bath for copper toxicity?

Hello,

I had a hair test done and it came back as having a very high level of copper.

Can a clay bath help remove the excess copper in my tissues, or is it just used for other contaminents and heavy metals?

Is there a particular clay bath that I should use over the other? I know there are pascilite (sp?) and benonite clay baths? Would either one be more effective than the other for removal of copper?
