I had planned doing a detox weekend including an Epsom salt/baking soda bath. Instead I got a bad case of the flu. I am wondering when a good tome to do the bath would be. Should I wait for the fever to break, all the symptoms to go away, or can it be done sooner? I want to do all I can to get better quickly, but don't want to risk further illness. Soaking in a hot bath and sweating out the toxins sounds great; but with 101+ fever, swollen glands, headache and sore throat, I'm afraid I'm too full of toxins now.
