Re: Hydrogen Peroxide baths

After reading this forum last weekend (for the 1st time) I decided to try a H202 bath. I used about 1/2 quart of 3% that I had in the cupboard.

I also started my period that day, and much to my surprise I had no craps this time (I have had increasingly painful almost disabling craps for some time).

The only other thing different in my life is trying my 1st bottle of oxygenized water (Penta?) that day. Maybe it was the combination, but whichever it was, I will repeat the treatment again!
