What are enzymes? Enzymes are catalysts. Every reaction in our body requires enzyme in order for it to happen.

There are three types of enzymes: food enzymes, digestive enzymes and metabolic enzymes. There are many types (hundreds or thousand) of enzymes that our body produces. Food enzymes are contained in food. When we cook the food we kill the enzymes. Digestive enzymes are enzymes produced by the pancreas to help digestion. Metabolic enzymes are enzymes our body produces to do repair and to do different works.

Most of enzymes our body required are produced in the body. When our body cannot produce enough enzymes then we need to take enzymes to help our body. For example we feel bloated after meal. For me when we feel tired all the time or when we are not regular and often constipated and others then we need to take enzymes.

Sources of enzymes: There are mainly two types of enzymes that are produced. One is from animal source. Another one is extracted from plants.

There are two types of enzymes: single enzymes and complex enzymes. Single enzyme has a single action. Complex enzyme can do multiple task. Most of the enzymes are single enzymes. Many times they call it complex enzymes in fact it's only a mix of single enzymes.

How enzymes work? Enzymes work by activity. I like to call it "alive". If the enzymes you take are dead then it doesn't do anything to you.
How do I know that the enzyme I take is working? If you take digestive enzymes then you should not feel bloated. Some enzymes when you take it you feel you have more energy. That means the enzyme is working.

Why energy? Every cell in order to do productive work has to be able to produce energy. To produce energy it requires three things: oxygen, glucose and enzymes.

When enzymes break down the shield of the tumor you should be able to feel it. At the beginning you would feel like something poking on it. Then you would feel that enzyme is working on it. But if the cells in the kernel of the tumor are dead then they are calcified. In that case it's like breaking a rock.

That's good. By taking digestive enzymes the body doesn't have to allocate metabolic enzymes for digestion.
