This is going to be an obviously biased (but truthful) opinion as I have been a distributor for Aloe Ease for years now.
Because we sell everything with a money back guarantee, we can gauge the effectiveness of a product by the return rate. We do get some returns on this product, but usually it is a complaint about the powdered version of the product because it contains cayanne pepper and some people (myself included) can't deal with the spicyness of it. The powder is more effective, but you need to deal with the cayanne. The tablets work as well, they just take a little longer to be effective.
