I am drinking JUST the Bentonite and not the Psyllium with it. Am I just wasting my Bentonite by not using it with the Psyllium? I was using CleanseSmart and FiberSmart but just finished it so I want to add Psyllium but I think I may have to order some since I don't think I will be able to find the whole husk kind. That is what I want right? The whole husk and not just the seed? The Bentonite I am using is Sonne's. I just increased it to 3 times per day, this will be my third day at that dose. I must say I am really upset though because I went from having 2-6 good movements a day to just 1 again. I feel like crap. The last 2 days I only had 1 movement and today so far just one. I have urges but when I go sit on the toilet I only have gas and nothing comes. Isn't it the Psyllium that makes people constipated or does Bentonite do that too? Do you think it's from the Bentonite? I do drink a lot of water, probably a gallon a day. I am frustrated and feel like I am back to where I started. My "bulge" is back and I feel really bloated. What do you think I should do from here? I only weigh 110 pounds and have a petite frame, do you think I should take the normal adult dose? Thanks for your help!
