I think I passed a worm today!

It sure looked like a worm with one end being much fatter than the other. It looked kind of veiny too. It was rubbery and floated. I am so excited it is starting to work better now! The first few days I was disappointed because I was really bloated and was having small BM's and felt real yucky. I think I am going to start adding P&B's since the formula I am on now (RenewLife) only contains fiber and not psyllium. I want to get mucoid plaque out!!
