dumb question about b&p's

i'm taking CleanseSmart by RenewLife. Should i wait until i finish the 30 day cleanse before i start using the B&P shakes? i work a full time job, and i'm not sure how much time i would need to wait between doses of CleanseSmart and the B&P's and when i would be able to eat between those things. i'm sure this question has been answered many times over, but i wonder if you nice people would mind answering it once more for a newbie :)
