Has anybody's colon become so lazy from using irritant laxatives that it no longer functions - not having any motility?

Has Homozon worked for this kind of situation. And would one have to come off laxatives gradually or would Homozon work and be able to push to contents out of the colon even if the colon doesn't have any peristalsis? Tweet
