Monodieting/P&B's plus exercise (report on what I did this week)
For the record, I will tell you what I did what the result was.
I have been doing P&B's (more P than B) twice daily for a while now.
On Tuesday I ate ONLY
Watermelon all day (kidney cleanse) plus 2 cups of
Celery seed tea. I
did a major workout (4 hours) that included treadmill, tae-bo, and weights (lower body). And
of course stretching. I had TONS of energy and felt great! Mostly I was just peeing all day but at the end of the day I had a good BM, including lots of pink melon remains I suppose.
Then on Wednesday I ate regularly (healthfully) including lots of raw greens, and some
protein.
On Thursday I ate ONLY pears. Again, I had tons of energy! I did a similar workout (this time
upper body weights). Thursday morning I got out most of dinner and whatever from the night before. But that wasn't all! (see below)
On both days I didn't particularly feel a need or urge to eat, but I would eat a piece or two of
fruit every so often just because I want the benefits. I was quite surprised that I felt so great!
My workouts felt like they could've gone longer, but the TV was calling my name (can we say
"American Idol" finale?)
While I was watching TV Thursday night, I felt a "rumble in the jungle" (heard some strange/loud noises) and at first I thought I just had to pee really badly (yes) but then I realized it was MORE so of course it was bad timing but I ran off to the toilet wow! the first half was creamy solids, the remains of the salad dinner the night before mixed with some pears I guess, and then another whole load immediately that was liquid! It was a LOT and I sure felt better after that! No ropes or anything exciting like that but it was still great, I felt like my entire intestines were empty.
Also I laid out by the pool for an hour both days, I really sweated a LOT both by the pool and
in the gym, in fact my hair went from dry to absolutely soaking dripping wet in the gym.
Each day I also drank 2 1/2 - 3 liters of water. Hopefully getting rid of lots of toxins! I feel like I had good results so far!
Hopefully this will all lead to something good :-) Keep cleansing guys!
