I HAve used it . it is a great product. in gact i was told 3 years ago that i have ibs. i took what is called ibs by renew life along with intestinew. it was great. i lost about 5 pounds. plus my bloating went away. i have a food intolarnce to wheat and gleuten. i have used many of here products. they have work great for me. what i like about her products is that can take the product without alterating your work shcedule. most of her produtcs is 1st thing in the morning and last thing at night. it is easy to use.
