obesity/steriods

I was on 12 different inhalers/steriod products when I was diagnosed as Fatal Asthmatic 9 years ago. I've been cured of that and 28 other ailments when I went on a 85% raw vegan diet. I've used Fiber blend from AIM for 8 months. I am not close bye to a colonic (states away). What must I do to loose weight! I have no energy to exercize. But I make myself walk at least 1-2 miles a day. Time is an issue, and I don't like strenuous exercize. I'm a vegan! I don't eat sweets. There's got to be an easier way to rid the steriods from my body. Which I feel got me heavy in the first place. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Di Tweet
