i'll have to come back and finish reading that article. it seems pretty interesting. since i didn't complete it, i'm not sure if "flashbacks" were mentioned. as a nursing student we had to take devlopmental psychology, and while taking the class (just last year) it occurred to me as i was reading about how certain drugs can come back to bite you in the ass 20-30 years after actually doing them. drugs such as LSD are stored in you fat ells, and if your weight suddenly fluctuates later on in life, the drug can be released into your system and cause some of the behavior listed in the article. anyway, i recall thinking of bush, and how perhaps his previous experimentations with mind-altering substances were surfacing after every 6-mile run... it could happen.
