liver cleanse amazing..
After doing 5 liver flushes, about a 1000 or more stones most have come out as a minimum. I am sure the nummber would be larger if I counted the minute, needle size stones as more have come out like this. I usually consider the very visible stones of larger than pea size as true stones.
I recently did a
Liver Flush last week and about 150 stones came out. The second time about fifty or more stones were large like grapes or slightly smaller. I consider size to be an indicator of how good the flush was, since more space is now freed in the body. The stones that I have viewed have ranged in color, from rountinely being green to some being yellow and one being red.
What do the colords indicate??
I am doing the
Liver Flush today. Weekly flushes are unbelievably effective. Think about it, on average people do not start
Liver Flush until a few decades after birth, maybe in the twenties and beyond. By that time the liver has produced hundreds and probably thousands of stones. Therefore it only seems logical to catch up by flsuhing regularly. The more stones evavuated in the shorest interval possible, the faster the health will return to optimal condition.
I am surprised at some of the people with serious illlness who have only done the flush once a month or a few times a year. It doesn't make sense to do a beneficial thing only a few times a year, particularly if there is evidence that the flush relieved some sypmtoms.
I am of good to average health , some acne, allergies. After the flush I feel bloated for a day or so untill the stones come out or a few days pass. About the third or fourth day everything is back to feeling fine.
Two to three days later I do the liver flush again. Even the weekly flushes seem to be too slow. I have considered two flushes a week but have chosen for now to settle for one.
The remarkable thing is how enjoyable the flush is, no pain, just some nausea..and great health benefits.
more aliveness. etc..
Sincere Regards,
Alan
