Consumed listerene accidentally!!! What do I do?

I accidentally consumed a little bit , (maybe a table spoon of it) of listerne (mouth wash) while using it. The label says that incse of accidentl consumtion, we are to seek professional assistance or poision control department. its the middle of the night right now and I am not sure how seriously to take the instructions. I just drank up water with a couple of spoons of Bentonite clay and in the morning I plan to do the salt water flush to flush out everything.

any advise anyone? is it really a cause for concern?
