Is there any cure possible to my epilepsy except using that CARBAMAZEPINE

Hi to all ...... Being new to this grp fst let me introduce myself
I m Arsalan 21 male ....final yr engineering student I had my first
fit when I was 19 yrs old n since then I have had 15 fits
approximately

Nature of my Epilepsy

I have a very specific kind of epilepsy ...I have fits in the
morning usually in the wash room or while taking my breakfast ....n
at no other time.

During the fit , my neck just turn around towards right
unconsciously and my whole body gets stiffed and I fell down on the
flour and then within 5 minutes I start regaining my
counscious .....I feel extremely tired after my fit .... need 2 take
atleast 2 to 3 hrs of sleep ....

TREATMENT

After my first attack the neurologist after seeing my MRI and
ECG report recommended me the anti-epileptic TEGRAL (carbamazepine)
made by NOVARTICE .... I used 2 take it 2 or 3 tablets a day then
after 1 and a half yr. I reduced my intake to 1 tablet a day n thenI
gradually stopped taking the tablet .....after stopping my intake for
2 or 3 months I again had a fit ...which made me start taking the
drug i.e Tegral again ....n now as far as I keep on taking Tegral I
m alrite but as soon as I leave it ... I have a fit

My query is :
"IS THERE ANY CURE POSSIBLE OR i HAVE TO TAKE THIS INJURIOUS
