The first day (yesterday) was very light and bright, watery red.
Today is more normal (dark red and heavier).
No cramping, normally I don't have hardly any (no PMS).
We'll see how long it lasts.
Thanks again for suggesting another liver flush.
I lost another pound yesterday.
Things are moving better now that I'm clear
