Re: Painful Attacks after two flushes???...to MXDREAM

MXDREAM,
If I were you I would not have gall bladder surgery. I would keep flushing, every ten days to two weeks. I would not be eating anything to further aggravate gall bladder. For me, that meant not eating any fried foods, no dairy, no eggs, no white Sugar or white flour products, no junk foods and no fast food. I also stopped eating read meat and only ate a very small amount of boiled chicken, with no skin a few times a week. I added lots of raw vegetables and salads, using olive oil for salad dressing. I ate a lot of fruit also. I got off diet drinks. I started to drink more water. We need to drink half our body weight in ounces every day. Coffee is not good for gall bladder either.

The number of flushes needed is different for each person. No one can tell you how many you will need to do. The two flushes that you did are good, but you need to do more of them. To stop a gall bladder attack take one tablspoon of Epsom Salts in a small glass of water. If this doe not work the first time, you can do it again in about an hour.

I sure do hope that you keep flushing. Gall bladder surgery is not the way to go. After they take out the gall bladder lots of people still have the same things wrong and even more things wrong after the surgery.

Please keep us posted.
