When can I drink water once the flush in process?

According to Dr.Clarks's recipe, "Do not eat or drink after 2 o'clock."
Because the Epsom Salt will make people lost water, and somebody suggest drinking a lot of water while using ES. so I guess my question is - if I feel very thirsty in the flush process, when I can drink?
