Second Flush Results from this morning

Well, I completed another round this morning. Seems this second time (first was 2months ago), I had a similar response to The Clark Flush my first time. You know, runs after the the first Epson salts. Passed alot of chaff and small stones to even count (in the 1-2 thousand range). What I noticed this time around was an increase in the amount of larger green stones. Around 100-200 of them this time ranging in size from 1/8x1/4" to 1/4x1/2" in size.

A friend told me a tip for getting these large stones out, mainly to jump up and down right after the first morning epson salt drink. I did him one better, bunny hopping up and down the stairs and basement. I also did a Clark zap using the liver/cholesterol program chip 2 days before the flush. I don't know if the hopping around or the zapping really did it, or if it was just the further back stones next in line to come out. I can tell these were bigger stones just be the way it "felt" coming out, sorry if I grossed you out. Also, I learned to dab, not wipe, so I am not as "tender" down there like last time. Must be a guy thing.
