those salts can be very powerful duct openers!
i actually felt the stones travel out my liver (pressure and a strage popping/moving feeling in that area) with just the Epsom Salts ...so far my 2 best flushes were with the salts (and oo/grapefruit). the other times i avoided them and got nothing out even tho i took the oo and grapefruit!
i think salts play a much greater role in flushing then we would like to belive most times especially when we subtitute with something else....cause they just taste so awful!!!
