Hi Paulette,
I was planning on starting with the paragone. It's 15 days on and 5 days off. If I flush next wednesday, do I still take the paragone on wednesday, or should I skip that day. I think with Hulda Clark s Flush, she says not to take any medicine or etc. on the flush day. Will this interfere with the paragone cleanse system? Would it just be better to do the flush after 15 days, with my 5 day off period, I could do it then instead. Although I'd like to stay on the every 2 weeks with the flush.
