I have two questions, I would appreciate if greatly if someone could help me out. Number 1 - The Classic Coke Flush, does not saying anything about fasting or eating or drinking; so does that mean that its ok to eat and drink anything up untill its time to start the flush?? Number 2 - is it ok to do a castor oil pack at the same time your doing a flush??
