Did first flush & now I'm a bit worried

Hi! I think I might just be paranoid, but I hope someone will pitch in with some information...did my first flush the night before last. I've never had gallstone symptoms, but I am finishing up three years of healing/detoxing from chemical burns, so a flush made sense (I'm 38).
So I did a flush, don't know if I got any stones. (How do you know that? do you knock your stool around with something to break it up?) What worries me is, ever since the flush I've been very aware of my gallbladder. It is maybe kind of sore but not much, maybe just feels a bit swollen sometimes. If I jump up and down I can feel it. But I've been eating regularly and have no trouble or pain with very fatty meals. No fever. Actually what seems to make the swollen feeling get better is taking a tablespoon of hempseed oil. Had to do that in the middle of the night last night.
Has anyone heard of this? Maybe my liver is just backed up with bile; I know I'm still busy detoxing the chemicals. Or maybe I have a stone stuck even though I don't have any pain, & should re-flush? Or maybe, my gallbladder was just starting to get inflamed and it'll take a bit to calm down? (I did the flush because I had a strong gut instinct that if I didn't, it was on the verge of getting inflamed. My chiropractor felt it and said it was just slightly enlarged.)
Have any of you found your gallbladder took a few days to calm down? Thanks much for any insight! It's the weekend and there's no one to ask! (Just gathering information, I'll make sure I'm safe regardless!) (o:
