Flush in a Rush Experience

Just thought I share a Flush in a Rush experience.

I did Flush #5 4 days early according to schedule because life interfered with good results. However, when 4pm Saturday arrived, the day I would have done the flushed, the pressure feeling became very apparent. The pressure was not painful but my liver/GB was definitely saying “FLUSH ME”. With plans of going out for dinner and dashing in out from a heavy physical activity day, a proper flush was not possible. Instead at 5pm I took a drink, “just to relieve the pressure”. Dinner was at 730pm of authentic Chinese. We ordered Chinese BBQ duck, lightly battered cuttlefish and squid, lots of Chinese greens and sweet and sour pork.

The duck and fish were served first and the only dishes that had obvious fats. It was absolutely delicious. Shortly, after dinner began, pop, pop, popping sensations started in the liver/GB after eating the duck and fish and that kept up until the second half of the dinner. It was amazing, I could only keep thinking now that’s a way to flush the liver/GB instead of the OO/GF concoction! It was as a late evening with dinner lots of green tea and finishing dinner with fruits. I did not take another ES drink and I did not remember seeing large amounts of stones other than some small bits of chaff.

The popping sensation after ingesting the duck fat and lightly battered fish was enough for me to realize that the liver/GB got a bit of a workout and some stuff got flushed.
