Mmmm, interesting. Perhaps the hyperglycemia could be why I get major Sugar crashes when I eat carbs.

I'm aware my adrenals are a bit shot, hence I always get to bed before 10pm.

Got out about 25-30 stones in total so I consider it a success for a first bash.

I noticed after I'd posted that pink grapefruit is suggested by Dr. Clarke *winks*
