poppy seeds react to gut

When poppy seeds get in your intestine track many times they split open and what looks like a white worm is there. I had it happen to me and at first I freaked out - but then after thinking LONG and HARD I remember that I ate a bread muffin that contained the seeds.
They Looked just like you described in the stool. Small specks and some looked like worms had crawled half out of them.
It was pretty freaky - but in the end, NO PUN INTENDED, they were just seeds. Tweet
