Hmm, not sure what everyone else has to say about this, but i used it the first few times, but since i ran out i havent bothered to buy anymore, and it hasnt seemed to have affected the results. I remember reading the description by hulda too. Something about it helping you to sleep better and maybe helping with the detox? I cant remember to be honest, but im not rushing out to buy any for my next cleanse.
