I'm not sure if proper forum "manners" allows me to ask -- but what would be your favorite liver flush? I suppose one needs to decide whether to do a harsh or mild flush. I have not been diagnosed with stones but I sure don't want any of them in me. I did the 4 day apple juice & distilled water cleanse and some stones came out -- not sure if that was all of them. I now have some mild pain on the right side. Is that normal? I even have some mild pain on the left side. I'm not sure what I'm getting into here. The sensitivity in my teeth is really the "metal fillings" in my teeth rather than the enamel. Thanks, utgirl
