I hope this email finds you in great health and spirits!!

My mother was diagnosed as having colitis in July this year. We have changed her diet, eliminated all dairy produce, increase her water intake, increased fresh fruit consumption, and ensured that she goes to bed early.

She is taking 6 Asacol tablets daily and is suffering side-effects as a result.

I am very interested in your approach of 'flushing'. I do not know what this is, but would very much appreciate if you could direct me to some material or websites which can help my mother deal with colitis.

Thanks for sharing your experience which could ensure another person would benefit.
