Re: Another Start -- Try Again

You would not believe the changes I have been through since I started this 15 days ago.
My "feeling normal" before then wasn't that great.
I have lost 14 pounds so far.
During the first week I have noticed my arms are thinner, my skin is looser all over, and my butt is getting smaller!
But it's not about the weight coming off.
I am healthier.
Since I was pregnant over 2 years ago, my skin looked terrible.
All dried out and bumpy.
I felt weak.
Now, since I have been on the Master-Cleanse for over 2 weeks and I did a Liver Flush last weekend, I am feeling better and better.
My back, face and upper arms are clearing up.
And another weird thing, all my life I used to sneeze (2-3 times)almost every time I came out of the shade or indoors and into sunlight.
Now I don't.
I plan on staying on the Master-Cleanse for at least 3 more weeks.
My tongue is coated white, so I know that my body still needs more MC.
Please don't stop until your body has given you the "ALL CLEAR" sign of a uncoated pink tongue.
This fast is very simple; the hard part is not eating. I am still fixing meals for the rest of my family,
just not tasting them.
I cannot tell you enough how important praying to God is.
Anytime you need strength to get through the day, Pray. And every night be thankful.
Your body is a temple to Him, treat it with respect.
Read the Bible, how we should eat is all there.
Good Luck!
