That's cool. Congratulations.

I actually just started taking the EM today. Haven't noticed anything yet, though, although it did eliminate my oral thrush rather quickly. I'm also on the Primal Defense (5 pills, 3x a day).

How long did it take for you to get your UC under control with Primal Defense?
