In regards to Threelac starting with 1 is good if you have problems tolerating things. To show yourself it is safe and that its a good product.

I didnt so I started with 2 and stayed with 2 packets a day for all 3 cans that I took to cure my candida over growth.
I was told by Sharon at Global that anything over 3 packets would probably be a waste of product.

I personally feel it is very important to also take the hydroxygen plus along with the Threelac together they both work wonderfully to get rid of the overgrowth. And keep your PH balanced which is very important!!!
Hydroxygen I a great product to use all the time not just for this.

I usually use a few drops in my bottle water daily. My water tastes so plain now without it.

You really should take a digestive enzymes like the posters mentioned.

Also they are finding it is HIGHLY benefical to take a good probiotic after completing your candida protocal. Just to make sure any of the good bacteria that was not replinished will then be.
It sounds like Richard might have a good product to compliment this protocal at the end.

It is important to take a probiotic that is I hope I spell this correctly enteric coated.
