Hi there!
My boyfriend has the same white spot rash.... It is fungul...and from his full blown candida. He also had Acne in his younger years..and really bad adhd.. we are linking all of this to the candida. I dont know about the hyperpigmentation... but what my boyfriend has looks like a pigment problem..and really just is a yeast/fungis problem.
