Ok....... sometimes I think we get carried away with what we can and can't have. I thought this whole time the issue was YEAST and SUGAR. If we cut every carb out then there is NOTHING to live off of at all. I really don't think beans are that bad for you. Same with brown rice....... we can have it but the carbs are HIGH. As well as veggies. So it can't just be carbs. There must be something more to that that would suggest that beans are no good.
