May I suggest you look into a treatment called Emotional Freedom Tech. EFT
visit Dr Mercolas website and put EFT in the search to learn more about it.

This will or might help you with the mental things. I am in the process of reading the manual now and plan to start watching the DVD's this week. I am excited to learn it.
I also had my first treatment with the SCIO machine this past sunday. I wish I had the money to have a 3 hour session so I could really understand this more and also look at every little thing that showed up. I fell alittle lost in regards to the whol process.
