I think I'm going to keep it simple for this month and see if I can't get my dopamine up by moving, gardening, walking quickly to the farm stand a mile or so away....and by computering less.
Drink more water too.
If when I get back home and have a one hour session to see what's changed - I STILL have ultra-high Radiation I'll start doing physical things to see if that helps (like your amethyst and other ideas!). Just a wee experiment!
Oh yeah...funny you should mention the getting up with the Sun thing! Because every April (well, since April 2002) I do the Seth Sleeping thing where you get up with the Sun....and have it hit/energize you when it comes up...only sleep 4 hours at night - then have a 1 hour nap in the afternoon. I think I'll do that this week! Woo...exciting. I always feel SO good doing the Seth Sleeping thing!
I've got an MP3 folder with all my favourite songs to sing - so that'll keep me in good stead (same with rockin' Dance songs - Beastie Boys, Beck, songs from Boogie Nights, Jimmy Hendrix - that sorta thing! heehee - the only exercise I like is dancing!).
