In talking with Linda at Al Low's, she said all you really need is Aloe and for the fucose some "sprouted" flax seed. It would definitely be simpler than hunting for all the other stuff.

I have yet to feed the Aloe to my kids, I'll be the guinea pig and try it first to see how it works. Plus if it has the same stuff as Ambro, how about mixing the Ambro in juice and be done with it?
