Please remember also that the manapol that an individual can buy (manapol immune enhancing formula) is not nearly as strong as the manapol that is used in A*****ose. M****tech uses 10g of pure manapol extract. An entire container of manapol immune enhancing formula only contains 5g of pure manapol extract. So you may want to double or triple the dosage in your formula.

Also, read Duane's posts which explain that none of the sugars (except the glucose from the rice starch and the glucosamine) contained in the polysaccharides are absorbed by the body. If you take D-mannose, which is a monosaccharide, your body will absorb it, but this is probably not beneficial the way the manapol is. Tweet
