Re: glyconutrients for less?

As with all supplements, the dose varies depending how we respond to it. We should feel a change, sometimes feeling great quickly, and other times not so great, meaning the body is readjusting and is not comfortable. When that happens to me, I back off slightly and stay at that dose (but not back of completely unless I think I am allergic to some ingredients) until I feel comfortable again and increase the amount until I feel great or if I need to back of again.

A*******e AO has a "limited" dose of 2 - 3 capsules a day but has the equivalent of 1 tsp of A*******e powder in each capsule. The one with lecithin is great for muscle tension, but it is not as economical as the AO or the powdered one. The powder formula has glucosamine from shellfish so beware if you are allergic or sensitive to shellfish. You might get better results form Ambrostart as it has sa ubstantial amount of A*******e in it or at lease add Empact, or other good and low glycemic electrolite mix to your regimen to help the muscles get fuel. Have you registered with the company? The website has good product testimonials so you might what to talk to some other Chronic Fatiguers to share and support one another.
