Now I just want to check, so these products that you bought, you take a little of each one every day? Or did you somehow mix several of them together? I'm just curious because it seems a bit troublesome to take like 13 or more different things, maybe even twice a day. But I like your approach, especially with the more common foodstuffs like apple pectin, psyllium, flax seed, onions. It seems like things that are so "vital" would be found in SOMETHING you can just buy and eat, although of course maybe not. Anyway, thanks for sharing your info.
