Chronic flatulence & Gallstones?

I have a 2.8 cm stone diagnosed in Jan. Never had a GB attack. No nausea, no real pain. Sometimes a slight uneasy feeling in GB area. It's like I know the stone is there.

2 questions:
1) Can sone this big cause chronic flatulence? Cure?
2) I see many speak of nausea, why does this occur? Tweet
