My strange illness

When I was sick for about a week I had intermittent excruciating pain throughout the gut. Most severe at bottom of ribs and low in the region of the end of the colon. The pain would hit off and on leaving me rigid, panting, and hardly able to move. The rest of the time the gut would be tender.

I also had fever, no appetite, and a bladder infection (which I used herbs for -- worked great). I'm sure the bladder infection developed from whatever was going on in my stomach.

I was hardly going to the bathroom at all during this illness. When I tried I would expel a lot of gas. At one point I passed 2 very round, walnut sized things with a touch of mucus and blood on them. I thought nothing of these at the time, but now wonder if they could have been stones because they were just so ROUND.

One night I was just all of a sudden better. I mean, within the time of about an hour I realized that I felt completely normal and wanted to eat.

At end of illness for 3 or so days was passing yellow, snot-like substance.
