First Liver Flush!

I have been very busy and haven't had the chance to post my Liver Flush Results from 2 weeks ago. I am doing my second one this weekend and just realized how long it's been. I did the HC flush. I added a coffee enema 1/2 hour after the 2nd ES drink since I hadn't had a BM from them. I was worried about the stones not having a proper exit route! (HEHE) That did it and got everything going. I was feeling extremely exhausted by the time I was drinking the OO/GFJ but I got it down and kept on following all of the rules... Next morning I took the ES at 6 (threw up some of it) and went back to sleep. I woke at 7 and things were moving. I was still feeling exhausted and didn't take the last ES dose. My final results were.... 18 large grape to 1/2 walnut, 7 small grape to pea, and 2 lentil sized. They all were a very dark green almost black in color all the way through. When I cut one it left behind a very bright-pure green residue on the plastic knife. During the first BM I heard something clink against the bowl. (Calcified stone?) Was too exhausted to fish for it. I was in/out of the bathroom about 4/5 times from 7-12am and didn't see anymore stones after that. I didn't eat until dinner time and had grilled chicken and a salad with home made OO (Olive-Oil) dressing and didn't experience any problems.

My Arthritis and psorisis seemed to improve for about 5-7 days and then it got bad again. Over the last few days it is getting steadily worse. I am going to do the flush again (my 2 weeks wait is up) and see if I get improvement again. Thanks for taking the time to read all of this..... ;-) Jecue Tweet
