24 hrs later

still nothing....im really puzzled as i feel stuff is moving in that general area...but nothing coming out.
now, i have eliminated all the food i ate from yesterday and today...yes i've been looking quite closely...but nothing that resembles Liver Flush results!

so i dont know. shall i try again and try a different recipe? am i not using enough oil? (1/2 cup orgain virgin cold pressed)
or should i count my blessings and consider myself stone free???
